SUPPLY CHAIN POLICY
Stella S.r.l. operates in the production of finished gold and silver jewellery. The Management’s vision is to maintain the positioning and increase it, to do this the organization is attentive to external factors and their changes in terms of technical, product, sectoral, service, cultural, social, environmental, regulatory and legislative requirements.
Stella S.r.l. has adopted the RJC/COP and Chain of Custody RJC/CoC standards and ensures that it promotes responsible ethical, human rights, social and environmental practices throughout the gold and platinum supply chain.
Stella S.r.l. is attentive to the strategic factors to achieve specific development objectives which from time to time are declined in the strategic indications of the Management.
Stella S.r.l. is attentive to internal and external sustainability factors that are expressed in the ethical, social and environmental aspects of work, for this reason it has also made the RJC (Responsible Jewelery Council) objectives its own, sharing the general objective of a globally responsible supply chain that promotes confidence in the global jewelery industry through the adoption of the RJC Code of Practices for sustainable practices throughout the gold and PMO supply chain from mining to retail .
We are committed to sharing the OECD guidelines (Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas) by integrating ethical, human rights, social and environmental considerations into our daily activities, to report and not practice corruption, false declarations of origin, money laundering and the payment of taxes, duties and fees to governments, compliance with national and international legislation.
Stella S.r.l. undertakes to respect fundamental human rights and the dignity of the individual, according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights sanctioned by the United Nations.
The use of child labor will not be tolerated.
Stella S.r.l. undertakes not to resort to any form of forced, bonded or bonded labor and not to limit the freedom of movement of employees and subordinate workers.

VERIFIED RJC COMPANIES OF THE WHOLE PRODUCT CYCLE
Stella S.r.l. has regularly verified that all the precious materials used in its production cycle come from RJC 2019 certified companies or comply with the OECD Guide, Annex ll.
This verification was carried out by checking the validity of the certificates of the refiners and suppliers of precious metals and diamonds from which Stella S.r.l. procures on the RJC website. and with direct checks at its business partners.
The management system of Stella S.r.l. in fact, it has policies and procedures with clear responsibilities and adequate training of the personnel involved to ensure the correct implementation of the “Due diligence for responsible sourcing from conflict-affected and high-risk areas”, in accordance with the requirements of RJC COP 2019, point 7, and from the OECD Annex II Guide.
ANNUAL REPORT
Stella S.r.l. has carried out a due diligence towards its relevant business partners in order to verify any deviation from the OECD Annex II guidelines and furthermore no human rights risks have been detected. The transactions considered are low risk and the checks carried out comply with the RJC principles.
